This system must deliver and retain pressure at a pre-defined level and have the ability to shut down when not needed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solution Summary: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>An FR-A840 inverter was fitted as it has an inbuilt PLC, allowing us to take complete control of the inverter.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The inbuilt PLC with its wealth of features allowed us to monitor both the pressure switches and feedback from the inverter.\u00a0 \u00a0This meant that we could provide accurate and fast response along with an energy installation of one FR-A840 inverter.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Energy savings compared to their previous system<\/li>\n<li>One-part neat Inbuilt solution<\/li>\n<li>Extremely accurate and fast response<\/li>\n<li>Customer can access and change pressure and response times through the parameter unit built in on the Inverter, allowing it fully configurable<\/li>\n<li>Extremely competitive price solution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Issues: &nbsp; When a large, Midlands based chemical manufacturer, needed a pump solution, Drive Solutions Centre partner Lawrence Electrical got to work.
