Versatile inverter provides complete pump solution at chemical plant

Issues:

When a large, Midlands based chemical manufacturer, needed a pump solution, Drive Solutions Centre partner Lawrence Electrical got to work.

The customer needed to implement a constant distilled water delivery system to their filling line. This system must deliver and retain pressure at a pre-defined level and have the ability to shut down when not needed.

Solution Summary:

An FR-A840 inverter was fitted as it has an inbuilt PLC, allowing us to take complete control of the inverter.

The inbuilt PLC with its wealth of features allowed us to monitor both the pressure switches and feedback from the inverter.   This meant that we could provide accurate and fast response along with an energy installation of one FR-A840 inverter.
